Our fine jewelry is handmade, and order fulfillment depends on in-store availability. If the jewelry you purchased online was sold out in our showroom on the same day, we will notify you as soon as possible. Order fulfillment may take 2-3 weeks for jewelry reproductions.

Every online purchase needs to be verified with a member of our team prior to order fulfillment. We will reach out to you 24-48 hours after the order has been placed to confirm your identity and provide an estimated production and/or delivery date.
Most in-stock orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Please keep in our mind our showroom is not open on Saturdays or Sundays.
We cannot ship to a PO Box, as all shipments require signature upon delivery. Purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with packages returned to Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry due to several failed delivery attempts.
We use FedEx Overnight for shipping. This means once your order has been shipped, it will arrive the next business day by the end of the day (excluding weekends & holidays).
We have a 7 day return policy for online orders only. This means you must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, please contact orders@mariloff.com. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase, your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the return, as well as the return cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Refunds: Our team will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund was approved, your original payment method will be refunded.
