They have an in house jeweler which makes for extra peace of mind when getting rings cleaned and adjusted. Would give them 10 stars if I could! Mariloff was an amazing experience. Everybody was so friendly, each time we visited and they were LGBTQ friendly, which was super important. My partner and I had the absolute pleasure to work with Jim! He was so much fun and had so much of a genuine opinion and care about our process and what we were looking for. We had a very particular stone we were looking for and Jim and Rafi were awesome in getting us exactly what we had envisioned. Jim was so great at giving us his honest opinions and suggestions and really stressed how he wanted this experience to exceed our expectations. We had such a great time with him. I contracted with Mariloff Diamonds and Fine Jewelry to re-create a family heirloom piece that had been stolen. A precious diamond and sapphire men’s ring that was over 100 years old disappeared about six years ago after a car accident. I did not have any pictures of the ring so I had to use AI to help re-create a similar image. I took those design images to Rachael Dugan at Mariloff, and with the assistance of the owner, Rafi, we are able to re-create a modern version of the same ring. I cannot be more excited with the final creation. The Mariloff Diamond team Was very accepting of my changes and design critique. It is everything I wanted and then some. Not a single thing I would change. Once we picked out the Diamond, the ring design and creation process took about 2 1/2 months. I highly recommend Rachael and Mariloff Diamonds for your fine jewelry needs.
